Low the artstyle, very close to the games, yet with a clear personal flare. Fits well with the COTM and I like the cartoon :) Not quite sure what the last frame means but otherwise really cool and I keep finding details, like Marios fot being outside the border in the last frame. Cool : Hade rater 5/5 if you'd used another font for the speachbubbles, a bit difficult to read.

JerBer7 responds:

Thank you very much for both the praise and the criticisms! When going creating the font, I tried to make it chicken-scrathy so that it would seem urgent and seem like they were screaming. I probably could have found a font to do what I wanted that would have looked better, but I was under the impression initially that it was due at midnight last night, so I was hurrying to finish it.

Again, I'm glad that you liked it so much! Thank you for the input!

Lol! This was funny. The idea and the execution of the pice is great. Love the transition from a fidgetspinner to roberto to level 99 roberto. Very inovative and the final design is cool, mixing old japanese armour with the futurama style. Great work.

Thank you so much for the comment, you made my day.

Based on stated time spent, although I don't know the character, I love the drawing! I saw the "wip" animation first and then the final piece. Sure, it leaves much to be desired in terms of detail but the overal image is there and presents a menecing looking charecter in a nice pose and with a lot of image depth. Love the scythe as well, really cool. Rating 4/5 because not quite done?

Glad to hear that I am not the only one who is happy with how it turned out :D
Thanks for the feedback Alegroth^^

Absolutely badass! Love the arms and the crystal collar. Shading, magic etc. also looks nice. Would have given a higher rating if shadows had been more consistent. However, you've chosen a difficult motif and still made it look very good. Keep it up!

Thank a lot for the feedback! Appreciate it :)

Hahaha, amazing scenery and depiction of Yoshi as a big, badass, dino! Love the screaming, fleeing charecters and the artstyle reminisent of the early games. Wish the background had some clouds to match the color of the foreground but otherwise a very cool image.

Thanks alot mate! Kinda rushed it when it came to coloring it so shading and stuff was abit half-hearted, same with the clouds and details etc..

I really like how you captured the essence of toothless in the picture. I could tell that it was him even before reading the description. I really like that you went with the glow and overall the piece is well executed. Perhaps some environemental effects to even out the color saturation (the red tail-piece is a bit too bright red) but overall very nice. Had been given a 5/5 if the scales had followed the shape of the body a bit more. The current placement make the body look a bit flat, but regardless a magnificant piece.

thank you so much, I can see what you mean and I am glad you liked it (sory for not responding I'm not on newgrounds very often)

Interesting depiction, I'd rate it higher if I'd seen more of the xenomorph in the depiction. Although the new Alien movie (Covenent) depicts new species of aliens I can't quite see how this fits. The rendering itself is, regardless, quite nice even though there seem to be some perspective challenges with the head contra the thorso? Overall though I really like the pose and the idea.

MadBoxMan responds:

Hi Emil, thanks for the feedback ^^

This was a submission for a "LVL99" challenge which required the participants to depict a character of their choice in an "evolved/ improved" state. I looked at the xenomorph evolution chain and figured that a "real" final form of this creature would pretty much be a godzilla like kaiju (massive with thick appendages to support its weight) and drawing that didnt seem as appealing to me. So I choose to take the alien design and push it through the human evolution chain. Where the creatures brain develops faster than its body, it starts using tools and equipment to make up for its biological weaknesses(similar to predator). Because lets face it, in most of the alien movies the xenomorph dies to some sort of machinery :D

I do agree that this design and my execution are far from perfect, you can check out a better cut version here(http://fav.me/dbamtox)

I'd give this five stars if it was finished. Amazing detail and since I am myself really bad at anatomy I must give your praise for the depiction in your image. Will be interesting to view the final result. The depth and the semi-abstraction of the piece is intreaging and I can't wait to see the final piece as I said.

Glad you like it - I posted the finished version now, if you would still like to see. I'm afraid that a lot of the epic quality was lost in my sub-par rendering of the background.
